Description

Next step is to take out the white leaving only the black line art. This makes it easy for me to select and hold colors as I drop them in. It also gives my work a slight "Anime Cell" appearance, even though that's not my style. It makes it easier to add effects as well.

I think you meant animation cel, because while some anime does still use cel animation, it takes longer which is why most studios switched to digital, but they do still have inkers and pencillers to do the fine stuff before it's scanned into the computer because there are some traditional methods that studios can't replace.
